Yes. PostBuild Works is built for JobTread accounts and gets its jobs, customers, files and vendors from there.
It mostly reads. The few things it writes back (the certificate file, warranty work orders, warranty dates and the binder link, and new jobs for booked follow-up work) are listed in setup, and each one can be turned off. It never deletes or overwrites your data.
No. They close jobs the way they do today. If a few details aren't in JobTread yet, like filter size or shut-off locations, we add those questions to your existing closeout form.
No. The warranty is yours, with your terms. We give you the certificate, the paperwork and the tools to keep your promise. Whether a warranty can be transferred is your choice, unless your state's law says otherwise.
Nothing to install and no password. They get a private link to their home record by email. It works on any phone or computer.
Yes. Messages go out with your name, logo and email address. Until you finish the one-time email setup, they come from a PostBuild Works address on your behalf, so you can start right away.
