How a home gets here
Your crew closes the job in JobTread and fills the 2-minute closeout form (shut-offs, filter size, colors, serial numbers). Within a minute PostBuild Works builds the certificate and binder, saves the certificate back to the JobTread job's files, sends the welcome email, and starts the care calendar. Nothing else gets added to JobTread.

Each sub is matched to a vendor in your JobTread vendor list, so "who installed what" is read from that vendor's orders and bills on each job, and warranty work orders go to the same vendor. A gap means you promise the homeowner longer than that sub promises you.
How this reaches each home
At closeout the crew ticks which of these were part of the job and adds models and serial numbers. The binder shows only those, with who installed them and how long each is covered. Septic, well, generator and other "if applicable" items only appear when ticked.

The 1-month check-in, the 11-month walkthrough, seasonal care and yearly anniversaries. Sent from your name and email address on the right day.
